Covid-19 Secure Policy and Precautions

We fully support the Government position and believe that everyone’s health is a priority. The health and safety of our Guests and Staff is of the upmost importance and we have taken advice and steps to ensure this. We hope that these extra precautions give our guests peace of mind without impacting the enjoyment and overall experience of their holiday.

Important

If you or anyone in your household displays any symptoms of Coronavirus please do not travel to Dunster Beach.

If you begin to show symptoms of Coronavirus during your stay we request you return home immediately and contact us straight away so we can take the relevant steps to clean the Chalet.

Before your arrival

​

Before you arrive the Chalet will have been cleaned.

​

Arrival

​

Arrival times may change slightly due to the extra cleaning procedures, but we will communicate this to you in advance.

​

During your stay

​

We ask that all guests wash their hands thoroughly and regularly during their stay.

Please use the sanitiser provided, every time you leave and re-enter the chalet.

​

Departure

​

Please vacate by 10 am and disinfect the keys before replacing them in the key safe.

 

 

Additional notes:

Dunster Beach Holidays Ltd has requested that all guests must bring their own duvets and pillows in addition to usual linen required for your stay.

​

We hope these precautions give you total confidence that the environment you are in, is as hygienically clean as possible. We trust you adhere to these policies.
